Create Private Spaces

Overview

You can use AnswerHub permissions to create a space that will only allow the content posted in it to be viewed by selected users. This is very useful if you want to create spaces to be used exclusively for content moderation or as a part of an editorial and publishing process.

Information

To create a private space, you must:

• Revoke, by role, the Anonymous, Standard, and Other standard, permissions for the Users and Anonymous groups in the chosen space.
  
  Note: You only have to revoke the Anonymous group permissions if your site is public. If it is private, then the User group permissions are the only ones that must be revoked.
